Our Story
Mortgage Partners makes real estate loans in Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Maine, Connecticut, Vermont and Pennsylvania. We were founded in 1994 in Dracut, Massachusetts by Michael Dionne and David Wilder, two guys in one room next to a donut shop. Prior to founding the company, Mike was a top Loan Officer, and Dave the Operations Manager, at First Atlantic Capital, in Needham Massachusetts. We now have more than 100 employees and are licensed in six states. Last year we provided homeowners with approximately 1,100 real estate loans, totaling nearly a quarter of a billion dollars.
